Atrix Analytics vs Amplitude
Amplitude is an established digital-analytics platform with a broad enterprise suite. Atrix is smaller and more focused: in-country regions outside the US and EU, one meter, transparent self-serve pricing, and open source.
We only describe Amplitude from its own public documentation, as of September 2026. Products change: check their site for current details, and tell us if something here is out of date.
| Topic | Atrix Analytics | Amplitude |
|---|---|---|
| Where your data can live | EU today. UAE, US and Pakistan in-country regions as they open; the region is fixed per project and queries run in it. | US and EU data centres, per their public docs as of September 2026. No UAE or Pakistan hosting listed. |
| How you are billed | Published self-serve plans on one meter, events, with a mandatory spend cap. | A free Starter plan and paid plans based on monthly tracked users (MTUs), with higher tiers quoted by sales, per their public pricing page. |
| Source code | SDKs MIT; platform AGPL-3.0. | Proprietary hosted service; SDKs are open source. |
| AI answers | Every number bound to a query you can open, confidence computed by rules, in your region. | Offers AI features; see their docs for how answers are produced and where they are processed. |
| Breadth | Analytics, replay, flags, experiments, Ask, revenue and findings. | A broad suite including a customer data platform and in-product guides, per their public site. |

- You want the platform's source available under an open licence.
